02How do I know whether I need Wide/2E or 4E?
If standard-width shoes regularly feel tight across the forefoot, Wide or 2E is a practical starting point. If standard wide shoes still feel restrictive, 4E gives noticeably more width. Exact fit varies by style, so use the width label and size chart for the pair you choose.
03Will a wide shoe feel loose around my heel?
Not necessarily. A well-shaped wide shoe can add room through the toes and forefoot while keeping the midfoot and heel more controlled. You should not have to accept a loose heel just to get the toe room your feet need.
04Are wide-fit shoes better for long periods of standing?
