Many shoes look acceptable on a shelf but feel less considered once they become part of a full day. Toe areas can feel restrictive. Entry can become inconvenient. Sosenfer was created to examine those everyday points of friction. Instead of beginning with a trend, we begin with the wearer: how the foot enters the shoe, how the forefoot moves, where pressure is felt, how the sole meets the ground and how the shoe performs after repeated use.
That approach allows us to create footwear that feels practical without looking purely utilitarian—and modern without forgetting the person inside it.

How we evaluate a shoe
Fit, entry, weight, flexibility, traction and visual proportion all influence how a shoe feels in real use. We consider them together.
Wider shapes are considered around toe movement, forefoot comfort and a balanced external proportion.
Hands-free designs are developed to simplify repeated daily entry while helping the shoe remain secure on the foot.
Sole flexibility, tread and balance are considered around the surfaces and movements each product is intended for.
Fit comments and real wearing experiences help guide future adjustments to shape, materials and construction.
Designed, tested, reconsidered
