Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
At Sosenfer, we want you to feel confident with every order. We offer free returns, free exchanges, and a 30-day warranty for eligible items purchased directly from the Sosenfer official website.
If your item does not fit, arrives with a quality issue, or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, exchange, or warranty request, please contact us at dannyhong1015@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If your item has a quality issue, please include clear photos or videos for review.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Size issues
- Quality issues
- Product defects
- Wrong item received
- Change of mind
For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, including original packaging, accessories, and tags.
For approved returns and exchanges within 30 days:
- Return shipping is free
- Exchange shipping is free
- A prepaid return label will be provided
- We do not charge return handling or restocking fees
- Any original shipping fee charged on the order will not be deducted from the refund
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
30-Day Warranty
Sosenfer provides a 30-day limited warranty for products purchased directly from the Sosenfer official website.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use, including defects in materials or workmanship reported within 30 days of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Damage caused by high heat exposure
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect normal use
If a quality issue is confirmed within the 30-day warranty period, we may offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Processing Time
We respond within 12 working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+8).
After a returned item is received, inspection is usually completed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days, and approved exchanges or replacements are shipped within 3 business days, subject to availability.
International return processing times may vary depending on carrier transit and customs clearance.
